These Terms of Use govern access to the Mindex Digital website. Mindex Digital is an independent digital marketing agency and brand, not a publicly claimed registered company or sole proprietorship.

Public pricing is not shown because project requirements vary. Advertising spend, paid software, platform charges, licences, and other third-party costs are separate unless an agreed proposal states otherwise.

3. Marketing Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, including the offer, market, budget, competition, customer experience, platform changes, timing, creative quality, and implementation. Mindex Digital does not guarantee follower growth, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, advertising performance, or any specific commercial result.

AI output may require verification, refinement, disclosure, licensing review, or human correction. Final usage conditions will depend on the agreed project and relevant platform rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mindex Digital name, logo, website design, original written content, and original creative assets are protected materials. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or present them as your own without written permission.

Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are governed by the separate project agreement, including any third-party assets, fonts, music, software, stock material, platform licences, or AI tool terms.

6. External Services and Links

The website may link to social platforms, Google Business Profile, credential verification websites, WhatsApp, and other third-party services. Their availability, security, content, terms, and privacy practices are outside Mindex Digital’s control.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation
